The Snow Vehicle, also known as the Ice Skipper (アイススキーパー), was an armored snow bike with a 4-rack missile installed on its rear side, piloted by a Tactical Team member just like the Missile Mobile. Described as a "fast, light-equipment" model, the Snow Vehicle was created as the exact opposite of the Missile Mobile, a fast and nimble snowmobile that'd dash quickly around Hiryu.
